What if we already have technical support staff?

Many of our customers have a designated IT support person or in-house IT department to handle day-to-day technical issues and minor problems.  These organizations often count on us for the most critical IT support functions, such as strategic advice, technical projects, security and advanced applications support.

Is my company too big for Managed Services?

It depends on your company's business model, number of locations, strategic initiatives, etc.  For companies under 200 end users, we can be the total IT department (CIO, CTO, helpdesk, etc.).  More than 200, we usually see businesses hire an in house technology executive, but still keep the helpdesk outsourced.

Is my new computer covered for support?

If a computer that is under a support contract is being replaced by a new computer and the previous computer is scheduled for decommissioning, there is no need for both computers to be on the same contract.

Will you recommend products to me?

We are always happy to offer unbiased product recommendations for the purchasing of hardware and software.  We never accept fees and do not benefit from recommending any certain products or brands.
